Join us for this can’t miss opportunity to make lasting connections and learn from exhibitors, peers and today’s leaders. Together, let’s ensure health for all across the lifespan.
The deadline for affiliate event applications has passed.
This opportunity allows external groups to host an educational session. Groups may hold a session during scientific time slots (see below) as well as the open lunch hour on Monday and Tuesday. Space is limited and scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
Session reservations will begin in Spring of 2026.
Pricing
Pricing includes: LCD screen, projector, laptop, floor microphone, podium microphone, listing in printed program, listing with description and link in digital program, dedicated room signage and general promotion of all partner symposium in attendee newsletters. 2026 pricing and benefits will be available in the spring.
Room Set
Sessions will be scheduled in a room set for roundtables with a stage, basic AV, and arm chairs/couch on stage. Requests for additional sets may incur additional costs.
