Friday, Oct. 30, 1:30-4:30 p.m.* | Saturday, Oct. 31, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.* | Sunday, Nov. 1, 8 – 10 a.m.
*You are welcome to stay on the floor until 6 p.m. on Fri. And Sat. You may not access after 4:30 p.m.

APHA 2026 Exhibitor Fees
Booth fees include Three (3) complimentary full-meeting registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth (up to a $3,000 value), pipe, drape and standard booth location signage. Company name and profile featured on the APHA website, mobile app and printed program.
Booth spaces do not include carpet or booth furnishings. Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of electricity, shipping, freight/materials handling, labor, installation or dismantle labor, booth cleaning, and lead retrieval for their booth space. These services are not included with any booth packages.
