Visa Information: There are several steps to apply for a visa. Visit the U.S. Department of State website for more information.
Letters of Invitation: Letters of invitation can be generated through the registration system using your registration ID. Please note: If a visa application is denied, please provide documentation to APHA confirming the denial. APHA will refund the registration fees in full upon receipt of documentation. After the Sept. 30 cancelation deadline, no refunds will be issued.
Accessibility: Find out more about services for those with special needs and request a sign language interpreter or CART.
Transportation: Shuttle transportation will be provided to hotels outside of approximately 1 mile radius from the DC Convention Center. More details to follow.
