National Public Health Week
Thank You For Celebrating National Public Health Week! Join us Next Year on April 5–11, 2027
Ready. Set. Action! was 2026's theme. As we celebrate, take a moment to recognize how public health has improved our daily lives, safeguarded our families, expanded our life spans, and strengthened our communities. This week is also a chance to honor the public health workers who show up for us every day — and to advocate for policies and practices that promote good health for all.
National Public Health Week can't happen without our champions! If you or your organization are ready to commit to supporting NPHW, we welcome you to become a NPHW Champion -- a sponsor of NPHW activities.
To qualify as an NPHW Champion, your organization commits to:
- Donating at least $500 to support NPHW.
- Spreading the word about NPHW through your networks.
- Participate in the NPHW Flood the Feed social media activation.
- Hosting your own NPHW event, if possible.
In return, APHA will:
- Feature your hyperlinked logo on the NPHW champions page.
- Recognize your support in at least one email to all APHA members highlighting NPHW programming.
- Provide you with exclusive early access to NPHW updates and resources.
