Shannon Stubblefield (they/she) is a Black, dyslexic, disabled, and asexual person. They work as the data and research manager at New Disabled South, where they lead research projects focused on Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Shannon is deeply committed to addressing the intersecting impacts of racism, ableism, poverty and medical neglect while cultivating a culture of care, accessibility and collective liberation.
