Raynisha Jackson
Raynisha Jackson is a Deaf advocate, project manager, and speaker whose work focuses on disability justice, Deaf inclusion in healthcare, and equitable communication access in public health & educational spaces. Drawing from both lived experience and community-centered advocacy, she works to address systemic barriers impacting Deaf and marginalized communities, with a particular focus on accessibility, informed consent, and culturally responsive care. Raynisha has led initiatives that expand educational access, strengthen inclusive programming, and elevate Black Deaf representation through advocacy, leadership of creative initiatives, and public engagement.
