Cierra Olivia Thomas Williams, M.A. is a disability justice and public health consultant with over 17 years of experience advancing violence prevention, survivor-centered practice and systems-level change. She is the founder of Nothing Without us Collective, a national practice focused on addressing critical gaps in the anti-violence and public health fields by centering the leadership, knowledge and lived experience of people with disabilities. Her work translates disability justice frameworks into practical tools that strengthen violence prevention strategies, organizational policies, practices and evaluation processes.
