Caesar is enrolled in a joint BA/MPH program in public health with a concentration in community health sciences and a minor in social justice at University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). They are a “Life Scholar”, a community member engaged in public health outreach in Chicago neighborhoods hardest hit by COVID-19. They hold multiple research appointments in the UIC School of Public Health and in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, focusing on topics related to environmental and occupational health, gender and women’s studies, oral history and community health.
