Location

The 2026 Policy Action Institute will take place at the Hilton Arlington National Landing at 2399 Richmond Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202. Registration will take place in the Virginia Ballroom Foyer on the Plaza Level (one level up from the main lobby).

APHA promotes the use of inclusive language throughout the event. As a courtesy to attendees with chemical sensitivities, all attendees should refrain from using scented products.

Transit

Self-parking in the onsite garage is available for $49 per day. The closest Metro station to the Hilton Arlington National Landing is the Crystal City Metro Station. It is on the Blue and Yellow lines, located roughly a 10-minute walk (about 0.5–0.6 miles) from the hotel. 

Nursing Lounge 

Two nursing lounges will be available for nursing mothers. The room will include a refrigerator. Visit the registration desk for information on how to access the room. 

Gender-Neutral Bathroom

A gender-neutral bathroom has been designated near the Virginia Ballroom. Visit the registration desk for directions. 

Quiet Space

The Hilton has several private spaces on the Plaza Level. We encourage you to step away as needed. If you need a private space to step away, please visit the registration desk.
