Registration fees are based on your membership category. Become a member to save during the registration process!

All presenters must be individual members of APHA and attend in person to present at the Annual Meeting and Expo. Session organizers, moderators and presenters are required to register for the meeting (either full meeting or one-day).
Both in-person and digital registrants have access to the digital content. Meals are not included in the registration fee.

Digital Meeting
The Digital Meeting includes livestreamed General Sessions as well as oral scientific session recordings from the in-person meeting, poster presentation images and access to special on-demand content. Continuing Education credits are not offered for the digital meeting.

APHA Future of Public Health Symposium
The Future of Public Health Symposium brings together thought leaders, practitioners and advocates to examine the forces shaping the future of public health. Sessions will explore key issues including workforce development, climate change, mental well-being, public policy and law, and social justice, highlighting innovative approaches to today's most pressing challenges.
APHA 2026 attendees have access to the APHA Future of Public Health Symposium as a part of their registration, but you do not need to register for the full Annual Meeting to attend. For just $150, take part in this two-day forum happening at APHA and walk away with insights, strategies and connections to help advance health equity and strengthen communities nationwide. APHA Public Health Expo
If you are only interested in attending APHA 2026 to visit the Exhibit Hall, we encourage you to register for the Daily Expo Only pass. We are excited to offer learning and networking opportunities at the Career Café, and you can’t miss the academic programming available through Poster Presentations. Come by APHA Central for member group meetups, book signings and to learn about what makes your APHA membership valuable year-round. Continuing Education
The Annual Meeting offers up to 19.5 CE credit hours. The first discipline is $50 and each additional discipline is $10. Credits can be earned in the following CE types: Certified in Public Health, Health Education CHES, Nursing, Veterinary, CME (for DO or MD); OP for other health professionals.
