In a cardiac emergency, every minute counts. CPR can double or even triple chance of survival. Protecting your family, your friends, and your community starts with being prepared. Join the School of Public Health and Health Professions during National Public Health Week for a Hands-Only CPR training session. Hands-Only CPR is a public awareness campaign to get more people to act when they encounter a cardiac arrest. This session will teach individuals how to identify a cardiac arrest in teens and adults, chest compressions, and AED awareness.
