UICOMP GME Community Health Advocacy Week

Aligned with the National Public Health Week, UICOMP Graduate Medical Education (GME) is launching its inaugural Community Health‑Advocacy Week, taking place from April 6–12, 2026. This initiative is designed to strengthen UICOMP’s community partnerships and deepen engagement across our programs. A total of 18 community organizations are participating in the event by offering advocacy and service opportunities that reflect key community needs. Throughout the week, faculty, fellows, residents, medical students, and staff can participate either individually or as a group in the available opportunities that best fit their schedules. This event highlights UICOMP family's shared commitment to advancing community health through collaboration, advocacy, and service.
