Take a tip, take a gift

In recognition of National Public Health Week, this event focuses on promoting health awareness and encouraging positive lifestyle choices among students. The outreach focuses on sharing simple and practical health tips, especially related to stress management and overall well being during this busy academic period.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with public health students and learn actionable strategies for maintaining good health. As a way of appreciating engagement, participants will also have the opportunity to pick a mystery gift after taking part in the activity.

This initiative also focuses on highlighting the importance of public health in everyday life while encouraging peer to peer education and community engagement.
