Navigate to Better Health: Ready. Set. Action!

The event features CEU-eligible sessions covering some of today’s most relevant public health topics, with the option to attend either in person or via Zoom. Sessions include In the Kitchen with Dr. P: Public Health, Food Science, and Practical Cooking Tips from 12–1 p.m., as well as a Misinformation and Disinformation in Public Health panel from 5–6 p.m. Attendees will also have access to heart health resources, including blood pressure screenings led by nursing students, interactive wellness experiences, and practical tools that can be applied to everyday life, academic pursuits, and professional development.
