This community lecture will be presented by Dr. Tania Konstantina Ploumi, Asst. Professor of Management–Sustainability at Baruch College, City University of New York. It will be followed by a brief discussion where participants will be invited to share their thoughts and ideas.
Dr. Tania Konstantina Ploumi is an Assistant Professor of Management (Sustainability) at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. Her research sits at the intersection of sustainability, organizational behavior, and environmental psychology, with a focus on climate justice and the social dimensions of climate change. She examines how ecosystem services, particularly mental health and psychological benefits, can be integrated into ESG and corporate sustainability frameworks, and how urban nature and biophilic design support well-being and resilience.
