• Just Health Director, Partnership for Southern Equity

Robyn N. Bussey, MBA, MHA

Robyn N. Bussey is the Just Health Director at the Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE), leading its health equity portfolio. She designs and delivers health equity training, technical assistance, and strategic communications for communities and organizations advancing racial and health equity across areas like climate and health, access to care, and reproductive justice.

Previously, Robyn served as a Community Health Strategist at ARCHI (Atlanta Regional Collaborative for Health Improvement) and a Senior Research Associate at the Georgia Health Policy Center. She is driven by the belief that racism—not race—is the primary barrier to health equity and is committed to dismantling structural inequities across the American South.

Robyn has led community health initiatives in metro Atlanta, designed programs to advance health and social equity, and contributes to several collaboratives, panels, and publications. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Florida A&M University and dual M.B.A./M.H.A. degrees from Georgia State University. A proud Waycross native, she lives in East Point with her son, Kemp.
