Kim Moser, a retired NICU and flight nurse and Drug Policy Director, was first elected to the KY House of Representatives in 2016. She serves as the Chair of the House Health Services Committee and serves on Judiciary, Children and Families and the Budget Review on Health and Family Services Committees. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her dedication to improving the health of Kentuckians. Kim and her husband Neal have been married for 40 years and have five grown sons and 4 grandchildren.
