Hall Center for Law and Health Virtual Grand Rounds State-Level Enforcement and Implementation of Parity Policies

Featured speaker, Dr. Alex McCourt will explore mental health parity, policy, and enforcement at the state level, examining the regulatory mechanisms through which states either facilitate or impede access to mental health and substance use treatment. Discussion will also address the expanding role of telehealth in parity law, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on healthcare delivery.
