Environmental Justice and Health Disparities Symposium

This year’s gathering carries profound significance. Under the theme “EJ 2076: Make America JUST Again,” with the tagline “A 50-Year Plan to Advance Democracy, Environmental Justice, and Health Equity,” we are framing this symposium as a pivotal strategic convening. As the nation marks its 250th anniversary, we are called to critically examine the foundational injustices in our environmental and health landscapes while collectively building a roadmap toward the nation’s 300th anniversary in 2076. The EJ movement’s legacy of community-led struggle and action, from Warren County to present-day battles against emerging threats like AI data centers, informs our path forward.
