Magda G. Peck, ScD
Dr. Magda Peck is a nationally recognized public health leader and “midwife to change” for healthier, more just communities. She is Founder and Principal of MP3 Health, advancing equity through strategic design, collaborative leadership, and social innovation. Dr. Peck is the founding CEO and Senior Advisor of CityMatCH, a national organization promoting health equity for women, children, and families in urban communities. She serves on the HHS Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Infant Mortality and has led key national initiatives in maternal and child health.
She is Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she co-founded the state’s first College of Public Health and the Great Plains Leadership Institute. Previously, she was Founding Dean of the UWM Zilber School of Public Health. Dr. Peck earned her ScM and ScD from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and was honored with APHA’s Martha May Eliot Award for lifetime service in maternal and child health.
