Claudia M Fegan is the recently retired Chief Medical Officer of Cook County Health and the National Coordinator of Physicians for a National Health Program, as well as the past president and a current board member of Health and Medicine Policy Research Group. She is graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
