Watch live: APHA's Policy Action Institute
Registration for APHA's upcoming Policy Action Institute, "All Hands on Deck: Improving Community Health," is almost sold out. But if you haven’t signed up yet, don’t despair — you can catch the event via livestream.
To be held Feb. 12, the day-long institute will bring policy experts and health workers together in Washington, D.C., to explore ways to improve community health through public policy. Offered in partnership with AcademyHealth and the de Beaumont Foundation, the day will feature an exciting lineup of speakers.
If you can’t make it in person, register for the webcast and tune in remotely. APHA members pay just $75 for the webcast, which will be streamed via APHA Live, APHA’s online event platform. Viewers will also be able to watch the event later on-demand. For non-members, the cost is $150.
“This is an amazing opportunity to hear from local, state and national leaders and policy experts addressing the critical public health issues facing the nation,” said Susan Polan, PhD, APHA’s associate executive director for public affairs and advocacy.
