About the Webinar:

All of Us is a landmark project to enroll and retain 1 million or more volunteers in efforts to advance innovative health research that may lead to more precise treatments and prevention strategies. All of Us aims to build one of the largest biomedical data resources in the world, reflecting participants from diverse communities across the United States. Join Dr. Dara Richardson-Heron, chief engagement officer for the All of Us Research Program, for an interactive discussion about how public health professionals can help expand All of Us’ demographic and geographic coverage. Unlike a single research study focused on a specific disease or population, All of Us will serve as a national resource for thousands of studies and a wide variety of health conditions. At the end of the presentation, attendees will be able to:

  1. Define precision medicine.
  2. Describe the All of Us Research Program, led by the National Institutes of Health, and a cornerstone of the larger Precision Medicine Initiative.
  3. Identify community partners who are raising awareness about the All of Us Research Program and helping bring diverse voices to the table.
