2023 New Investigator Research Awards
In partnership with CDC, we are currently accepting applications for the 2023 cycle of the National Violent Death Reporting System New Investigator Research Award.
This opportunity is geared toward emerging researchers/investigators to promote innovative and quality analysis of violent death data collected by the NVDRS. Read more about NVDRS.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, you must have graduated with a doctoral degree in January 2018 or later.
Award:
If selected, you will receive a $7,000 stipend to support your analysis and manuscript development.
Deadline:
The application deadline is Dec. 14.
