Join a committee!
It's easy to get involved in the HIV/AIDS Section. We are in the process of forming committees and nominating committee chairs.
The roles and responsibilities for co-leading include creating one post per month, directing components of our APHA Annual Meeting program, driving future scientific programming and steering APHA policy change.
Examples of potential upcoming committees include:
- Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)
- Ryan White/Care-Related Funding
- International Challenges
- Retention in and Adherence to Care
- Prevention and Treatment in Vulnerable Populations
