Move-In for Exhibitors

  • Friday, Oct. 30, 1:30-4:30 p.m.*
  • Saturday, Oct. 31, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.*
  • Sunday, Nov. 1, 8 – 10 a.m. 

*You are welcome to stay on the floor until 6 p.m. on Fri. And Sat. You may not access after 4:30 p.m. 

APHA 2026 Exhibition Hours 

  • Sunday, Nov. 1, 12:15 – 6 p.m. 
  • Monday, Nov. 2, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 
  • Tuesday, Nov. 3, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

Move-Out for Exhibitors 

  • Tuesday, Nov. 3, 4 – 8 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, Nov. 4, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

APHA 2026 Exhibitor Fees  

  • Commercial companies and organizations (by May 29, 2026): $3,695 per 10' x 10' (100 square feet) / $3,295 APHA Agency Member rate 
  • Commercial companies and organizations (after May 29, 2026): $4,095 per 10' x 10' (100 square feet) / $3,695 APHA Agency Member rate 
  • Non-Profit Organization / School or University / Government (by May 29, 2026): $3,095 per 10' x 10' (100 square feet) / $2,695 APHA Agency Member rate 
  • Non-Profit Organization / School or University / Government (after May 29, 2026): $3,495 per 10' x 10' (100 square feet) / $3,095 APHA Agency Member rate
