Hosted by the U.S. Department of Human Services' Office of Women's Health in partnership with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Department of Defense, this meeting will bring together health professionals and researchers to talk about best practices in and new research on delivering quality care to active duty and veteran women, particularly in traditional clinical settings.

The meeting will address both physical and mental health needs for women who serve or have served in the military from a clinical perspective. Specific mental health needs that will be addressed include anxiety disorders, military sexual trauma, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Physical health needs that will be discussed include cardiovascular health, musculoskeletal disorders and reproductive health. We will also discuss pain management and social support.

The meeting is free to attend and will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.
