With the reality of the climate crisis becoming more apparent by the day, it's time to speak up together. As one planet. For solutions, science, and a sustainable future for all of us.
Hosted by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore and The Climate Reality Project, the 24 Hours of Reality broadcast will be a star-studded, 24-hour live event focused on climate solutions watched by millions of people around the world. This year's program will urge viewers to use their voices to speak up for solutions, science and truth at this critical point in human history. APHA is an organizational partner for the event.
The program will be broadcast live from New York City, carried by broadcast partners globally, and stream online at 24HoursofReality.org. For a full 24 Hours, we'll travel around the world, highlighting stories of climate activism in six regions: North America, Oceania, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, Europe, and Central and South America.
Alongside these stories, Vice President Gore will share the latest from the front lines of climate impacts and action in each region, while leaders from business, policy, culture and science will join us for thought-provoking studio conversations. And, just as with previous years' programs, special guest appearances by today’s marquee musicians and recording artists will ensure the program is every bit as entertaining as it is enlightening and empowering.
