Tech-savvy scammers are reaching out to our exhibitors to create fake housing reservations, registration, attendee lists, and more. When booking housing or registering for the meeting, make sure you are starting from an apha.org or a jspargo.com webpage.

The APHA Annual Meeting and Public Health Expo will take place at the Moscone Convention Center747 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103

Frequently Asked Questions — 2020

What's the cancellation deadline for exhibitors?
The cancellation deadline has been extended to Aug. 14 to give exhibitors more time to assess their ability to participate in the 2020 Public Health Expo.
If I cancel, will APHA offer a credit for next year's meeting?
We are not offering a credit at this time. Please see the cancellation policy in your contract.
Will there be a virtual version of the expo?
Yes. In addition to the in-person expo in San Francisco, APHA 2020 will have an enhanced virtual expo.
Can I sign up for the virtual expo only?
Not yet, but we are working on pricing options for companies that only want to be part of the virtual expo. We'l have information in July.
If I opt for a virtual presence only, will there be opportunities for direct engagement with registrants?
We're looking into features available through APHA's virtual expo platform. We'll provide an update as we learn more.
As an exhibitor, will I get access to any of the speaker or educational content planned for the Annual Meeting?
Yes. Each exhibit booth comes with two meeting registrations. Each registration will allow access to all Annual Meeting content, both in-person and virtual.
