The Chiropractic Health Care Section honors members for outstanding service in three categories. Please take a moment to nominate a fellow Section member for one of our prestigious awards.
Rising Star Award
Honors an individual who has made significant contributions or improvements to the Section and has been a Section member for one to five years.
Distinguished Service Award
Honors a Section member for a single, high-impact accomplishment spanning at most a few years or for cumulative exemplary performance of service over a number of years to the Section and the field of public health while serving in multiple offices and positions.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Honors a current, retired or deceased Section member who has made significant contributions to the Section, has held numerous leadership positions, and is involved in public health at the local, state, national or international levels. The recipient must have been a Section member for at least 15 years.
