APHA is the foremost publisher of public health-related books and periodicals promoting high scientific standards, action programs and public policy for good health.  Requests for examination copies from professors should be faxed on school letterhead to (888) 361-APHA. An invoice will accompany the examination copy pending a purchase of a minimum of 15 copies from APHA or a designated bookstore. Otherwise, the invoice must be paid or the book returned unmarked in saleable condition.

New Releases

Youth Violence contributes to an interdisciplinary approach towards youth violence prevention that involves a three-step process: 1) identify and describe the problem; 2) develop and evaluate interventions to prevent the problem; and 3) implement those interventions in the community.
