  • VIEW the NPHPSP standards, order copies of the assessment  instruments, and access the program's on-line toolkit of technical assistance resources at: www.cdc.gov/od/ocphp/nphpsp/. 
  • DISCUSS your interest in using the performance standards in your home state or community with NPHPSP staff by contacting CDC or any other program partners.  The NPHPSP staff can guide you to helpful resources and also notify you of previous or current activities in your state or jurisdiction.
  • EXPLORE opportunities for your health department, public health partners and boards of health to conduct the performance standards assessment and determine where you can strenghten your performance.
