Nancy Rosenshine, MS

Nacy Rosenshine, MSNancy Rosenshine believes that the experts are always in the audience, and that work and learning should be fun. Nancy prides herself on flexibility, creativity, and collaboration. She works with her many clients in finding the best solutions for their unique needs and realities.

Nancy brings over 42 years of experience as a leader and manager in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, as well as in training, organization development (OD) consulting, coaching, and mentoring. Nancy works extensively with public and private sector organizations in leadership development, team building, workforce diversity, managing differences, change management, and a variety of other areas.

Nancy served as community education director for a large family planning organization, director of a youth and family counseling center, and led major national and international initiatives in reaching adolescents, women, and injection drug users at risk for HIV/AIDS. She served as vice president for training and development of a health-services research and training firm.

Nancy holds a B.A. in Journalism from Duquesne University and an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University in organization and human resource development, where she also completed a one-year fellowship in change management.
