As a faculty member, I intend to develop and implement interventions on bettering the health and lives of diverse communities as well as mentor students who desire to become involved in research and intend on furthering their education.

Personal Statement about APHA-SA: I became involved with APHA-SA after hearing nothing but wonderful things regarding the organization. The collaboration that occurs within this organization provides valuable opportunities for all students’ members and is unlike others I have seen. Although my time with APHA-SA has just begun, I am excited about all the possibilities. I look forward to becoming and active member of APHA-SA and serving such a diverse array of students.
