Personal Statement about APHA-SA:
I am excited to be a part of the APHA student organization. I believe as professionals we should support our organization and be committed to its growth. I became aware of the opportunity to serve in this organization through the list-serve. I look forward to my involvement and any contributions that I am able to make. I absolutely love public health and I feel that there are so many avenues through public health to make a difference in decreasing health disparities. I look forward working with the APHA-SA.
