Plans after school: I will be obtaining my MBA-HA (Healthcare Administration) in November 2010. I would then like to continue my education and enroll in a Ph.D. program focusing on Public Health. In the meantime, I will continue to work at Moffitt Cancer Center until I received my Ph.D. (3-5 years) and then transfer into a pediatric hospital.
Personal Statement about APHA-SA: If you ever asked yourself how you can make a difference in the world, well, APHA-SA is definitely one way to go about it. APHA-SA allows individuals from all different backgrounds and specialties to come together for one common purpose: to promote Public Health on every level possible. I am truly blessed to be a part of this wonderful organization and I encourage everybody to take part in promoting Public Health.
