Personal Statement about APHA-SA: I joined APHA a few years ago, but was not very involved as I wanted to be. I began to read more about the Student Assembly and felt that if I wanted to be more active, the Student Assembly is best the way to get started. Honing my experience as high school opinions editor and AMSA SDSU chapter newsletter editor, I hope to bring to APHA-SA my organizational skills and creativity. I have been involved with student leadership since elementary so I am looking forward to working with a great team to serve the members of APHA Student Assembly. I look forward to meeting you all at future events and conferences.
