Awards

Each year, the Mental Health section honors several leaders in the field of mental health research and treatment.  The awards are presented during the Annual Meeting.

  • The Carl Taube Award is given to those who have made "significant contributions in the field of mental health services research".
  • The Lutterman Award is for the best student presentation paper at the Annual Meeting.
  • The Rema Lapouse Award is given to those who have made "significant contributions to the scientific understandings of the epidemiology and control of mental disorders".
