The Third Annual Community Health Planning and Policy Development Section’s Community Action Day will take place during the APHA Annual Meeting in Boston on Saturday, Nov. 2. Once again, it’s an opportunity to get out of the convention center to learn about and contribute to a local community by partnering with a community-based organization, network with CHPPD and APHA members and leaders, and put community health concepts into action!

This year, CHPPD is partnering with the Mattapan Community Health Center to bring you this event:

For some of you, this may be an activity you can use for continuing education credits.

  • RSVP to help out at Mattapan Community Health Center for at least two hours on Saturday, Nov. 2.

There are things you can do even if you can’t make it to Boston or to the Saturday Community Action! You can tell us how by clicking on the survey link.
