Mirine Dye, an MCH Section member in the Florida Keys, received certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in October 2009. IBCLCs are health care professionals specializing in human lactation and breastfeeding management who work in a wide variety of health care settings, including hospitals, pediatric offices, public health clinics and private practice.
