Soon we will all be preparing our abstracts for the 2006 APHA Annual Meeting in Boston, Nov. 4-8, 2006. Although this date may seem to be a long way off, the Call for Abstracts will actually be made on Dec.19, 2005 -- just following the 2005 meeting! The deadline for abstract submission will be Feb. 13, 2006. Next year's HIV/AIDS scientific sessions will continue to offer state-of-the-art results from scientific research, program evaluations, policy analyses, and lessons learned from community-based interventions, with a special solicitation for work that focuses on HIV/AIDS and human rights. So, enjoy the 2005 meeting, take a deep breath, and then get those abstracts in for 2006!
