Do you want to meet new people, have fun and serve the HIV/AIDS Section (all at the same time!)?

We need a few (at least 30) good people to staff the HIV/AIDS Section’s booth at the Public Health Exhibition during the APHA Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. This is a wonderful opportunity for new members to get involved and for seasoned members (lightly seasoned to extra spicy) to stay connected. During each hour that the exhibition hall is open, we will need two volunteers to stay at the booth. Volunteers will staff the booth for at least one hour each. We will also need some hearty souls to help set up the booth before the opening and break it down after the exhibition closes.

The Exhibition hours are:

Sunday, December 11: 2:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Monday and Tuesday,December 12-13: 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, December 14: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
