A.  Request of Members to Review the Revised Bylaws

The Constitution and Bylaws Committee requests member comments on the revised bylaws that will be presented to the Governing Council at this year's Annual Meeting. The effort is in response to a charge from the Executive Board in 2006 for the Committee to merge the existing constitution and bylaws into a single, simpler set of bylaws. All members are encouraged to review the revised document at http://www.apha.org/about/gov/bylaws/; you will need you member login information.
