This year the Communications Committee will be networking with  APHA full membership and APHA sections as part of the Disability Section Leadership’s strategic plan to provide more visibility of the importance of integrating disability within public health.

The current issue of the peer reviewed Disability and Health Journal is available at www.disabilityandhealthjnl.com.  This is a special edition issue entitled, “A Disability Perspective on the Issue of Physician Assisted Suicide” and examines the issues related to assisted suicide and disability, the legal considerations and the Oregon and Washington experiences.
