In cooperation with the Communications Staff at Cleveland Chiropractic College, Dr. Ashley Cleveland has started writing a small column for publication on the college’s intranet page, Cleveland Today. Many faculty and staff members use Cleveland Today as their homepage. The column is entitled “Working Well” and is initially covering some of the numbers with which people should be concerned in order to live a long, healthy life. So far, the column has covered the number of servings of fruits and vegetables one should consume each day for maximum health and easy tips to achieve this without bringing the scale and measuring cup to every meal. The next columns will address achieving 10,000 steps each day and maintaining a BMI that is at or below 25.
