How it Works After the Annual Meeting
During the weeks following the APHA Annual Meeting, each recorded session will be reviewed for sound quality.
- Those who purchased the E-ssentialLearning package will receive an e-mail from APHA with log-in information for accessing the online program including all recorded scientific sessions.
- E-ssentialLearning registrants gain access to the recordings through the Online Program on the APHA meetings web site.
- A folder icon indicates a session with one or more successfully recorded abstract presentations. To view the recorded presentation, click on the abstract title, find the folder icon, click on the “recorded presentation” link.
- A window will prompt you to enter your log-in and password (your last name and registrant ID). The recording will begin playing once you login.
- The viewer will see the actual presentation as web streamed video, including the cursor movements made by the presenter, as well as hear the voice recordings. In some cases, program presenters may have also uploaded additional handouts to complement the PowerPoint presentation.
- Note: Accessing E-ssentialLearning requires a high speed internet connectivity (128kbps) such as DSL or cable modem.
