Personal Scheduler

Schedule Book The Personal Scheduler is a powerful, dynamic online planning tool designed to help attendees plan their time during the Annual Meeting. APHA attendees can utilize the improved personal scheduler, which will enable registrants to view the program, select specific sessions and presentations and create a personal itinerary. An itinerary can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection to change, update and add information at any time.

Note: Room locations will be visible to registered attendees only, beginning on October 5, 2009 (Registration ID# required). Attendance at all sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis. Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early. Adding a session to the Personal Scheduler does not register attendees for that session, nor does it guarantee a seat in that session. The Scheduler is simply a planning tool to help manage time and schedules.
