APHA Membership- Join or renew your APHA membership at the same time that you register for the Annual Meeting. Learn about membership categories, benefits, and dues. Note: In order to present a paper at the APHA Annual Meeting, you must become a member and register. Presenters must register by the September 20 Pre-Registration Deadline.

Other Registration Information:

  • Presenter Registration-Presenters must be individual members of APHA to present their paper(s) at this meeting. Session organizers, moderators and presenters are required to pay the appropriate registration fee (full or one-day). All presenters much register by the September 20 Pre-Registration Deadline.
  • Press Registration (credentials required) Contact APHA Media Relations for instructions.
  • Exhibitor Registration - Exhibit staff cannot use the Annual Meeting Registration form. Special online exhibitor registration will be available.
  • Pre-Convention APHA Learning Institutes (LI's) are half or full-day Institutes that provide an in-depth learning experience in the latest public health trends and topics. The Institutes will be held on Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October 28. To attend the LI's, pre-register on the Annual Meeting Registration Form (a separate registration fee is required).
  • Continuing Education - Annual Meeting attendees are able to obtain CE credits.
  • A note about Scholarships - APHA does not offer scholarships or additional discounts off the registration fees listed above.
  • E-ssentialLearning - Annual Meeting Registrants may also subscribe to E-ssentialLearning to access recorded Annual Meeting presentations. NOTE: this product can be purchased when you register for the Annual Meeting.
