Registration
The 137th Annual Meeting of the American Public Health Association takes place November 7-11, 2009 in Philadelphia, PA.

Note: Presenters must be individual members of APHA to present their paper(s) at this meeting. Session organizers, moderators and presentes are required to pay the appropriate registration fee (full or one-day).
Additional Registration Information
Advance registration is recommended for your convenience and to avoid possible delays registering on site in Philadelphia. An early-bird discount is offered for registrations received by August 28, 2009. Full registration fees are in effect for registrations received between August 29 and October 2. Onsite fees are in effect after October 2.

Onsite registration takes place in the Grand Hall at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, during the following hours:
- Saturday, 11/7/09 - 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Sunday, 11/8/09 - 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Monday, 11/9/09 - 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, 11/10/09 - 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday, 11/11/09 - 7:30 am - 12:00 pm
Pre-registered attendees will be mailed their badges 3 weeks prior to the meeting and will need to pick up their programs and badge holders from the Program Pick Up counters in the Grand Hall. Be sure to bring your registration materials (and badge) with you to Philadelphia!
Annual Meeting registration entitles attendees to full access to the Annual Meeting, including 1,000+ scientific sessions, poster sessions, the Public Health Expo, Everything APHA, Electronic Information Center and more. Name badges will be checked at all sessions and events. No meals are included in the price of registration.
