American Sign Language Interpreters (ASL)

The APHA Opening and Closing General Sessions will have an ASL interpreter assigned to the program. Interpreters can also be arranged for hearing impaired.

An ASL Request Form (COMING SOON), indicating a preliminary schedule, must be submitted to APHA no later than September 18, 2013. A final schedule of sessions is due October 4, 2013.

Please use the personal scheduler function, available June 3, help you arrange your schedule. Simply select the sessions you wish to attend and then print out a copy of your personal schedule and submit it along with the ASL Request Form.

On-site requests for interpreters can be made at the Accessibly Desk in the Registration area; however, APHA cannot guarantee that the sign language provider will be able to accommodate the request without advance notice.
